Diana Ceban is vice president of health business within SAIC's Defense and Civilian Sector. She is responsible for growth of and operational excellence in SAIC’s health customer programs. Ceban focuses on the federal healthcare market with an agency emphasis on Health and Human Services (HHS), Veterans Affairs (VA), Defense Health Agency (DHA), and military health.

Prior to joining SAIC, Ceban held positions with other organizations focusing on health IT, background investigations, and market intelligence. Ceban has co-chaired health-related events such as ACT-IAC Health Innovation Day.

Ceban has been an active member and is a past president of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) – National Capital Area (NCA) and has been a member of its board of directors. Ceban is in the FedHealthIT100 Hall of Fame, part of a group of individuals that have distinguished themselves time and again as winners of the FedHealthIT100 Awards for the impact they have on the federal health community and in support of federal health missions.

Ceban holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Cluj-Napoca Technical University.
